With humble request I want to say that I cleared my JAIIB exam of Dec-Jan2021. I received the certificate of the same in May 2022 but my name was wrong in that certificate MY ACTUAL name is CHHAVI but I received passing certificate in the name CHHAVI JINDAL. I mailed and complaint for the same in IIBF complaint/coustomer service cell several times but issue is not resolved
I also filled the name updation documents as asked by the department and has been mailed and send through speed post at their Mumbai address.

Each and every document required for this updation has been send by post.
But my issue is still unresolved.
This is mentally harassing and not motivating to clear my next CAIIB exam.
KINDLY UPDATE NAME IN MY CERTIFICATE SO THAT I CAN GET MY ELIGIBLE BENIFITS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
