Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about Myntra Return Request

The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered a Nike trackpant but after receiving the product, I found out the product quality too bad, it was not at all expect. On the right zip part is damaged and the product was used also. So at the first instance, i put a return request and I had requested within a day but the delivery agent did not accept the return as he claimed to find stains and damage.

I ordered the product on 17th May, 2023 and placed the return request on 18th may,2023 and the return was rejected on 19th may. And they said to complaint in customer care. Today the delivery boy, wont pickup the product as he claims the product to be damaged. The same thing happening from past 5 days. Everyday i am trying to connect with customer care 4 times they have raised a complaint but till the date it’s not resolved. When i am putting return in app there it’s showing return approved same way Myntra has mailing to ekart people to not pickup the product if product is damaged.

I want Myntra to give us the pre approval today itself since till today I have contacted the customer care numerous times but they do not pay heed to the harassment that we are facing. I also want the delivery boy to pickup the product at once.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
