Hi,
Before couple of month I have taken one connection of postpaid SIM (Mobile n 09279860074) . during bill period 14 july to 14 august services of this SIM is suspended due to data limit cross/credit limit also crossed then I recharged 530 rupees to resume the services on dated 9 August 2023 but Today (14August 2023) when We got the Bill from 14 july to 14 august then my bill amount is 2131 rupees excluding 530 till 9 August, it mean I consumed 2131 rupees data in 5 days only, how is it possible and if my data uses more then why not suspend my SIM services as previous……Something is wrong with Bill……I will not give this false large amount
Pls look into this issue and send me correct bill so that I pay against correct bill amount ….
