I bought a vodafone postpaid sim and paid it online Rs.2000 after that i went to the store and got the whole process done. I also got the sim from the store but that sim is not activated yet and I have also mailed vodafone many times about this Despite this, no one helped from there, a week has passed for all this, also talked to Vodafone’s customer care. They also could not help and till now neither the sim has been activated nor my money has been returned.
