Hello sir/mam

Is airtel really sure that they are helping people in this pandemic ??? Or looting money??

I had an urgency in filing my one of the important documents and at that time I had recharged an amount of 45 for completing my online filing of documents !!

And then realised after recharging the balance shows 0 what kind of service is this ? Are you guys looting money ? We are difficultly paying our recharge in this pandemic and you guys are making the balance 0

What the hell is this?

Where did my money go??

Why did you deduct the balance ??????

I need response and my money back ,becoz we know the value of our hard earned money
