As my Plan is Rs.999 and when i taken this line,at that time Your sales team said that Pay Rs.6000 for six months nothing to pay for this [plan.
1. And my first six months duration started on 16th Jul2019 and paid Rs.6000,so from 16th July 2019 to Oct 2019 was good there were no charges I had paid between these months.
2. My Second Monthly duration started from Nov 2019 and I had paid Rs.6000.
So from 17th Nov to 25Th Nov there were no charges as i had paid Rs.6000 and from 26th Nov 2019 to 25th dec 2019 Airtel has started Monthly Charges.So every month duration i had been insisting to paid Monthly charges.
As i have already paid Rs.6000 for Six months so why is Airtel insisting us to pay that Monthly charges?This Month also you are insisting us to pay monthly charges due..? Also why I have to pay Rs.6000..if I am paying monthly and my charges have increased to Rs.8000Plus.
Why i have to pay please clarify…
