My name is Shilpa kukreja ex-employee of Innove Source. I worked 2016 to 2018. My complain is regarding my PF. I want to withdrawn pf but i do not have proper details of my pf account. since 1 month or can say more thn month i follow up regarding my pf details on their whatsapp number i only get UAN number . When i open UAN account then it is required to link adhar card. Which is linked by employer. Without linking my adhar card i can not access my UAN account and can not able to withdrawn my pf and i sent them screen shot of this and my adhar card for linking but innove source did not response me till now. Daily follow up on this but i do not get any positive response. I do not have my complete pf details and i asked same thing from innove source but they are not responding. I need my pf on urgent bases and they are not cooperating on this also i tried their helpline number but that is also not responding. As u can see on attached screenshots they are not responding. Please help me so that i can withdrawn my pf.
