I am an Airtel customer from last 10yrs and using this same number . I was studying in tamilnadu. During verification I have submitted my details but the person who have come from Airtel he did my number verification with some unknown person ID. As I was in hostel and my sim was working I have enquired much.
After so long time my number asking reverification. Now even I don’t know the person in whose name this sim is. Currently I am in Surat, Gujarat. I have tried contacting Airtel store heree but nothing is happening. Kindly help me. I am ready to give my all detail. My all ID , Account have same number. Help me to bring out of this situation.
