I placed an order [order id -OD226128532431787000] from Flipkart dated 29th of September 2022 and the expected delivery date was 4th of October 2022 but no one came to deliver my laptop on 4th of October 2022 when I called the Delivery guys their phone number was going switched off. And my order has been canceled on the 8th of October 20222 without my consent which is unacceptable. I contacted to support team of Flipkart and demanded to Re-dispatch the said order then they refused to do so. I have been said only that to place a new order after successful delivery, Flipkart will give you a Happy gesture worth Rs 2000 as compensation. Flipkart hired a support team to make fools of customers.
It is requested to please look into the above matter and provide me with the same order at the same price & take legal action against Flipkart and protect my individual rights.
