Dear team,
As almost one day but still now my issue is been not solved. From yesterday morning onwards my Sim not connecting to network. Regarding this I complaint to airtel email I’d 121@in.airtel.com & also call to 121 & 198 number also. But only Hindi reply computer voice aloan coming. But still now issue is not solved. Also mailed them that Sim number has my internet usage through which only I am doing work from home. Only reply coming from them (121@in.airtel.com) is email I’d is registered to this number. And also given a certain dialog box to click there and once clicked it goes for OTP. but that number not showing in the network means. How I will get OTP number.
Even this issue also mailed. But same reply coming many times.Only Hindi voice is coming. I am from Tamil Nadu. How can I understand. Moreover every day 2GB is loss for me.Kindly make necessary action on this issue.
