I look for help which I am unable to get from Dhani/ Indiabulls team in spite of my request, all I got in return are 2 different automated messages and 2 collection agency boys standing in my office and taking Rs. 10,000/- payment from me even though they were polite they weren’t of help I literally begged them to help me to convert my total outstanding of Rs. 67,000/- into monthly instalment I was told if I pay Rs. 10,000/- immediately they will help me out I borrowed money from my office colleague and paid online as per their demand.
Today I received an sms from Dhani that they have filed a case against me in Harayana court through advocate Ashok Narwat at Gurgaon in Haryana court for cheating/ breach of trust against me…..its’s strange even though the collection boys saw my condition and I explained to them that if I pay now complete amount I wont be able to afford my treatment and the surgery which doctors are suggesting so I want EMI option on a monthly basis.
I never denied the payments I have paid on time but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not able to pay every day EMI’s as per card rules or entire amount in 1 shot.
I will humbly request you to at least help me out sort this matter with Indiabulls/ Dhani card
