On 23 November 2018 my outgoing and incoming has been blocked by Airtel and Suddenly on 25 November 2018 there is no network in my airtel no. & it totally stopped working.

Initially thought it might be a phone problem. I restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, but nothing happens after that, I contacted to the customer care service on 24 November 2018 and they told that it has happened because you are not using Your  Number since last 6 months. So they suggest me to re-submit your Id-proof of the sim card. (complain reference no. is – CWBRAR21124623597).  But I want to inform you that, I use this number regularly in my day to day life and recently made a recharge of 399 INR on 18 nov. 2018 with Transaction ID- 18111857126

On 26 November 2018, I visited the Airtel Service Center For Re-Verification Process but they told that there is no any data regarding your Airtel number (8400084260).  All this happen without any proper intimation and no any notification of sim expiry from Airtel.

I also did a complaint regarding this to National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with complaint no. 1022755.

This SIM card was issued on My Mother Identity Proof (Voter ID card), and the name on the card is Bindu.

Looking forward to a quick response as I have a good relationship & impression on AIRTEL Service. Please help me regarding this, I would definitely like to retain this number because this Number is very Important to me.
