Regarding my Airtel post paid 4G Hotspot, Airtel has charged more and provided me less data for long years. They reduced prices of plan but keep on sending bill to my email id at higher rate.

Sir, i am post paid customer of Airtel 4G hotspot for long years. Airtel was charging me Rs 999 per month for 12 GB data and sending bill to my email id for long years and i paid all the bills. recently i wrote an email to customer care inquiring my bill then customer care informed me that there is no Rs 999 monthly plan. Maximum monthly plan is Rs 799 for 120 GB data. I asked them why this has not been informed to me earlier and asked them to compensate my huge losses. In reply email they wrote that they regret for the mistake but not in mood to compensate my huge losses.I have all the correspondence with them and produce when required.
