On 5th jan i accept payment of rs.3000/- from paytm wallet to paytm for business, till date amount not settled to my bank account and not evening refunded to  paytm wallet still it is in process only.

Customer care people are not solving this and when ever iam calling to customer care number it is telling that number not in use.

Through mail also i lodge a complaint but no response from paytm side..
