Text of Complaint by Vikash kumar:

  1. I have done a recharge of 555 through paytm UPI on 29 March 2020. My money has deducted and paid to jio@citibank. But i didnot get any confirmation messages. I contact to costumer care executive and they told me that my recharge was unsuccessfull. I have not get my money refund in my account. I am attaching detail of the transaction.
