As per the conversation with the airtel senior sales team i am sharing a serious blunder with you . This concern is all about himanshu sharma airtel sales team employee posted in raja park activated a b2c plan instead of b2b plan and now there is no way i can find to get the money back .

On 10th Feb ,My company opted for a B2B 1499 corporate plan and we paid the money according to this plan by sharing our GST details . I have informed Himanshu sharma that we are only interested in the B2B 1499 plan because this plan suits our requirements . I strictly mentioned himanshu to not provide any other plan if he dont know about the B2B sales plans . Further he asked me to share the link of the plan and he claimed that the same plan will be activated .

After the payment the B2c plan is activated by Himanshu sharma . I immediately informed about the same to himanshu that i did not receive the correct plan further he added that you will get all benefits after calling the customer support after 24 hrs . After 24 hrs my team reached out to the customer support team and they informed the same that B2c is activated , for B2B we have to make a new request .

We were in serious need of a static ip so that we were able to serve our govt elite customer and because of this blunder he made we lost our one the premium client tender .

This is the worst experience my company faced and now we don’t need this pathetic plan which ruined our tender deal . Your entire local team tried hard to convince us when we reached the airtel office . As per one of the sales team employees ” we will offer you static IP from our end and then we will migrate your account into a B2B account “.

I have also cross checked with the airtel support team and they replied back that this type of process is not possible and we suggest you take a refund .

Today ,when i spoke to himanshu to cancel the subscription and provide us a refund , he was making silly points that sir i am doing it and i made the request already , wait for me till afternoon and all etc etc . Now I have escalated this matter to 10 different teams then after i got your mail id that i should contact you to solve this matter . I am not sure about your position and your profile but I am sure I am sending this information to the right person . The DSL No is – 01113903014_DSL and order ID 21-38393786340 for your reference just in case this is required for investigation .

One more thing, the customer support 121 team informed me that a refund is not possible because I have opted for a 12 month plan .

I am feeling like my company was looted by your team and they activated the wrong plan which is not at all acceptable in any case and now the process of refund seems not possible too according to the customer care .

Kindly solve this matter and close this matter as soon as possible otherwise this is the last email i am sending you team. After that i will be filing an official police complaint against the sales team if the entire money which is taken by your himanshu will not be refunded .
