I am writing this concern as to put the notice regarding the misbehave of the agency from where I have booked tickets since they are thief and they are delaying bus , since I booked tickets from redbus Delhi to khatushyam and unnecessarily came from noida to arrive at my bus but here these guys is shouting upon me and since if I ask about the bus departure time they are arguing I have family with me with a baby of 4 months old only they are like harassing me and giving me they will cancell my ticket since after arguing a lot they finally depart the bus at 10 :15pm pm they are giving privelage to the passengers who are come at there agency and asking and charging double amount for the seat , who will responsible if any mishappening will happen answer this in detail , Request to kindly take a appropriate action towards the agency they guys are like running there own monopoly here , several passenger’s are harrased, worst experience I have faced .
