Hello,
It’s a pathetic service from TSRTC to me.
I have reservation in service no 8670,
And my boarding time is 22:15 from annavaram.
I came to bus stand at 22:00 pm and enquired the whereabouts of the bus.The driver said, will be in 30mins at annavaram bus stand.
I have waited upto 23:20pm to make another call to this service numbered bus driver, there the driver intimated me regarding the bus accident and informed me about alternate bus.
So, i have waited a long time in the annavaram bus station for almost 3hours.
At around 1:20 AM the alternate bus arrived at annavaram and departed immediately.
I didnt boarded the bus, because the bus drivers carelessly said in telugu “” bus yekithe yekku lekapothe manney ,bus kali ledu in a loud and unacceptable behavior””.
It’s such an unacceptable behavior of the drivers as i am waiting for almost 3hours.
Please take strict actions on the drivers for their unlawful behavior towards a passenger.
I am also requesting compensation for my mental agony during midnight.
