Text of Complaint by Vivek kumar:

Sir,

I’m Vivek Kumar from Bettiah Bihar. I was facing financial crunch midth this lockdown scenario. I applied for a job on quickr. I got a call from a company named NS SOLUTIONS from Gujarat. They called me to work from home on data entry work. They offered me 200 pages data entry work to be completed in 20 days with 90%accuracy. The pages sent were in such a manner that they were not clearly readable to text. Nevertheless I started my work. But midthwhile my health issues rised a lot resulting in non compliance with the requirements.

 

In between there were no communication with the co officials or representative.

 

Now after 23rd day, I got a call from an advocate named Adv. Sidhartha Malhotra from Advocate associates intimating a case filed against me in court. I had words with him and he told me to close the case by paying Rs 8500. After I made the payment, another call came. Demanding Rs 27980. I payed it too considering to close the case completely. I made the payment too. Than the Adv sidhartha Malhotra called me to sign the closure report in Vapi court Gujarat midwhile this lockdown in Bihar for signing the court case. I informed him of entire issue and he said to pay approx 25000 to eligify the DSC sign without my movement.

 

Sir,

I belong from a very poor background and this type of pressure would let me with nothing more than some suicidal action.
