My name is Dinesh Singh R. I have an account in hdfc bank. As per latest cibil score, my score is 617, which is very low as on 29/07/2025. The detailed report shows that I have pending payments to be made of some EARCPL credit card and SBI credit card , both are showing active status. But I have cleared all my dues and there is no pendency of payment. I am a government employee and my gross salary is around 1 lakh per month. Even though I am unable to apply for credit card due to low cibil score. Please help me in sorting my issue and improve my cibil score. It will be a great help to me if this problem is sorted out at the earliest please.
