My name is MOHAN PONRAJ, and I am writing to address an urgent issue regarding my PCFIN CEASE-TERMINATED Personal Loan Account, identified by Account No. 190825020037652933.
PCFIN’s license has been cancelled by the RBI, So I can’t make the payment, and I need your assistance in clearing this issue and updating the details to all the credit bureaus, namely TransUnion CIBIL, CRIF High Mark, Equifax, and Experian.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including reaching out to PC Financial’s customer care team and nodal officer, the problem persists.
This persistent inaccuracy in my credit report is causing me significant mental pressure and adversely affecting my financial standing. Therefore, I urgently request your intervention to address this matter and ensure that the overdue status is corrected promptly.
