Actually i did KYC regarding loan purpose, but after just putting Adhaar Card and Pan Card they provided the loan with high service tax i.e 2500 disbursed amount and 2500 is service charge, so total loan amount is 5000/- but without letting me know all this procedure they transferred the amount to my account number and they didn’t told me about the loan nor disbursed amount, nor the additional charges, and they have not mentioned the customer care number ,nor email ID and nor any complaints number, now i have returned the loan amount as without any information or confirmation from my side, they transferred the amount and I returned the amount the same day within some hour. and now they are calling for again doing 5000/- amount and a screenshot is been uploaded below, so want to have complaint regarding this Volcano Loan Application.
