I am writing to report a case of loan fraud that happened to me. I am a Jaideep Rana.My concern is that on 30th November 2023 I have received 2 WhatsApp messages from Andhra Pradesh which is 9502286711 and other one is from Tamil Nadu which is 7708879893. I have this message from these 2 numbers “Official Notice❗️, please pay attention immediately: Hello, the loan you applied for on the platform has expired, please process it in time. If it is not handled within the stipulated time, the platform will come to your door and your family will suffer together❗️️. To ensure legitimate interests, the platform will freeze your account, notify your emergency contact of your overdue behavior, and relevant departments will also send repayment assistance documents to your company. Please be aware that default will make your behavior suspected of fraud, which will cause you to violate sections 308 and 318 of the law, and you will bear more responsibilities. Please be sure to upload the 12-digit UTR after payment, otherwise it will be invalid and you will receive a reply “Yes”, notified by the Indian Loan Association. They asked me to pay the Loan amount but I didn’t take the loan from this app. Amount is Rs-5750 I have paid That amount on 30th November 2023. I have message them on their app but it doesn’t seem like they will give my hard earn money. I am requesting please help me with this regard. I will also share Transaction details of my Payment. UPI Transaction ID- 333472214979. I have paid this amount from Google Pay. I want my money back ASAP. please this help to get my money back.
