I enrolled my son Ishant in Byjus center(Jamshedpur Jharkhand) for class 8,9 and 10. Teaching faculties were not up to the mark…so we withdrew the enrollment.We returned the stuffs ..books ,bag n the system…refund was initiated and I received the amount of rs 10k which I had paid at the time of admission.Now it has been 4 months… continuously I have been chasing them to get the loan cancelled.Its been more than 120 days..they have not yet cancelled the loan nor they are providing me the NOC.It is effecting my credit score very badly.This type of irresponsible behaviour was not expected from a brand like byjus.Every single day I call on this number+91 92413 33666
But everytime they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours for the response.None of the staff was able to help me out . Does it take more than to provide the noc.Why this fraud ? Do not spoil the name of brand like Byjus with such irresponsible acts.I already waited for more than 4 months.
