I have applied the short term loan of 3k from PromtIn (Rupee smart app) which i have to repay on 5th Aug and when i am going to pay the dues, so i have search the app on goolge play store where i am not found the app so i tell the executive that app is not showing on play store so he told me that i am sharing the link with you and download it and that app has not been download from the given link and when i tried to connect with them so i didnt get any response and neither customer care number also not get connect and then on my due date i have paid the dues of amount of Rs 3238/- on my gpay app where i have paid last month dues after that again they are chasing to me after 3 days that repay your dues and when i told them that i have already paid it so they told me that our that company account is not in working now and you have to make the new payment for the same amount and we dont care that you have alrdy paid to our old account details and they are abusing over the call and harassing me by the calls and told me that they will contact my phone contacts and on daily basis i got the notifications for the dues with incorrect penalty charges 3k and made the dues of 7k approximately and not clear my dues which i have already paid on my due date and multiple of executive connect with me & also with customer support and i told the all concern but no one has resolving it and one of person from customer care told me that i know you have paid it and i have escalate the issue in my department but after that day customer care number also has been swictche off and i didnt get any resolution. They are doing like things and fraudster app and harassing me by the calls and reach to phone contacts.
