Text of Complaint by Gracy:

There is no relationship manager assigned to our account and hence we are facing lot of issues for our account no 900010126442.

At first had requested a new sim, which we received but was never activated. We had even paid for it and did not get back the amount paid.

Being helpless we had purchase a new sim from jio app. Since then we have been requesting the Jio gallery, jio customer care and even the Santacruz office to link this postpaid number “8850377878 “ to our corporate account, so that we have all the numbers under one account. KYC was also done for this account
