As being a true citizen of India we should always try not to hurt the sentiments of any people and in a country which firstly believes in non violence and being nice to everyone we should avoid broadcasting ridiculous advertisements like Licious and similar kinds of brands who openly shows way towards hurting the sentiments of several Vegetarian and Vegan crowds of the country.
When we can’t broadcast adds related to Liquor then how can we compromise on this and which completely hurts the sentiments of crores of people of the country. Mainly I found this advertisement during Big Boss on Colors channel which is somewhere around 10:30 PM – 11 PM and this is also a time when most of Indians have their dinner.
I am not against any non-veg and even not getting involved in justifying anything however being a Legal person anyone cannot hurt the sentiment of other people of the country.
PS: Consumer court please look into the matter seriously otherwise I would not be having any other option to file a PIL into this.
