Hi, I shikha thakur and I was purchased LG AC with the name of daljeet singh..already many Times it’s informed by me and my husband but no response from Flipkart site..I was purchased LG AC from your Flipkart site.. and after installation I use AC then from AC the water leakage issue and next procedure I followed that time raise a complaint to coustomer executive and again engineers come to my home and visit after checking they said it’s internal issue so refund the AC otherwise replacement the AC. within the timely I informed to Flipkart coustomer care executive.. but they not given me any response and no. Of days going on.. if I am not getting a solution regarding this problem then I go for consumer court and I am harassed from this kind of Flipkart behaviour.. no one senior officer and manager talk regarding this matter and from Flipkart side no one take any follow up.. I am harrashed too much ..
