I would like to inform you that on 12/01/2022 i had placed an order no 407-3317129-2190704 of Rs.2190/- from amazon & expected delivery time given to me was 5-6 business day but on 16/01/2022 i received message from amazon that my order has canceled
& refund of Rs.2140/- has been processed on 16/01/2022 . When I checked from amazon customer care they told me that my order was canceled due to my product being damaged
during transit. But when I asked about a refund of Rs.50/- they told me that a cash back of Rs.50/- was given to me in my amazon account & after deducting cashback amazon has processed my refund.
I am not satisfied with amazon because if a deal is canceled by amazon cashback should be reversed & full amount should be refunded to my account but amazon team is not ready to listin me. Please look into the matter & do the needful
