I wish to bring to your notice that during the work under process for laying Airtel fiber lines in our area, the labourers have digged three pits around our corner House, passed wires through one of them, cemented it properly, but left one pit of the remaining two, uncovered and other covering irregularly with mud, without cementing it.

It is very risky as I have a 1 year old baby in my home and the open pit is just outside the gate of my house.

After requesting them many times to refill the two pits completely and properly, they ignored our requests and convinced us that they would fill it when they do the same for the other pits in the area. But ended up leaving the pits in the same pathetic condition, which is now very risky for us as well as other people living around or crossing the path as the pit is located just outside the house and also on a running road with lots of vehicles passing through it.

I expect that my complaint will be taken seriously and further steps be taken as quickly as possible before it becomes hazardous to us and other common people living around.
