Dear Concern
My self bhawna singh and me and my husband are using two numbers of airtel from last 5 to 6 years, we both are working so was unable to clear the dues till 24th October 2020.They have imposed rs 100 fine which we are requesting from last three days to waive off as we are continuously paying bill from last 6 years but they have not agreed to waive off the fine .
Every company use to give 2 -3 days grace period for clearance of dues but the way of behave of customer care department was very pathetic.
We requested them kindly waive off the interest we will immediately clear the bill but your customer care department even not ready to listen everything.
We request you kindly seeing our goodwill gesture and last track record of being loyal customer of airtel from last six year kindly give your precious heed in matter of concern and further request you to waive off the interest so that we could pay the amount and continue to use the airtel network.
