With reference to Jioairfi connection with registration reference number LR000005T7TG , the 5G network is not feasible at my location as per the Jio technical team and they were supposed to refund the lead amount paid during booking within 15 days of cancellation of registration but it has been more than a month and no action to refund the amount has been taken so far, rather on 2nd March they automatically rescheduled the engineer appointment again without prior consent and notice.
I mailed them numerous times but have not got any response regarding the refund initiation or status of refund.
