Hello Sir/Madam.I am writing to report the extremely slow internet connection we are experiencing recently in our region, which has never happened before.
We are residing in Desiya Nagar, New Washermenpet. There are around 1000 families in this locality and 3/4 that of the people are Jio users. We have been facing this issues for a prolonged period. Initially the net was slow but now it is not working at all. Most of the people here are working from home and many a students are preparing for exams these kind of connectivity issues affects them a lot. Though we are facing troubles we have been paying and recharging for Jio. Had the case continues we have left with no option than to switch to other internet providers like Airtel or Vodafone. We request you to look into the issue and to act swiftly as these impacts us and our daily life.
