I am a regular customer of Reliance Jio since 2018. I always recharged my mobile with plan of rs.399, till date their is no provision of specific plan for jio handset only. On 8 th dec 2019 i recharged my phone again with the plan of 299. But my phone did not get recharged by saying this is only for jio hand set. I called the jio executives for the same and he said no its not possible to refund or to convert the plan. Generally the customers are not aware of such type of plans , they should not activate such plans on non jio handset .
Kindly refund my amount Rs. 399 ( 299 ( recharged amount ) +100( for miscellenious expenses ).
