Respected Authorities,
I am the User Of Jio , Using it service since 2016. Taking Services By paying 399₹/ 3 month ,4G internet Speed , unlimited call and many more provided. But inspite of paying A full price, Jio telecom Does not Provide internet Speed 4G as per as statement with Bad Call Network also.As iam aware user informed their Regional service centre so many Time Through Call and emails. But no change would occurred in internet speeds ,call connectivity . Since 3 year This slow (2G) speed in commitment of 4G speed was Given by Jio telecom .Iam not satisfied with it .This problem was Faced by many Crores Users across India . I Requested To you respectfull authorities Please Make a change..and Take it With seriousness .
