Jio fiber himself has raised uninstallation request and delayed in picking up the jio fiber device for refund, so i have called customer care many times every time Everytime they used to give me a new service request whenever I called them to know the status of pick up of hardware, and They used to close my service request without taking any action on it. after following up 1 month via emails, at last they pickup my device after 2 months and refunded 1500/- instead of 2500/- deposited amount. then i called up customer care and asked why only 1500/- then they are saying the new rules/terms and conditions that the device should return in 60days after installation. but they himself delayed in picking up the device and also deducted 1000/- . please resolve this issue and refund 1000/- rupees as well.
