My Jio Fiber Internet service is down from last 12 Days There is no internet .I have not received the service I am paying for I should get worth of service. I have already paid 12 month subscription in advance.
The problem began on April 17th 2020, when my Internet went down. I contacted customer service 12 times and written mail 06 times about the service interruption. i got assurance from your side every time i call customer care of by email but No repairman was sent from last 12 Days.
I am really fed up with their service. they not providing the service I am paying for. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If they cannot guarantee service they should return my advance amount and paid for the loose which i face due to internet service.

Dear sir/madamI am Sachin Deo Badkul (Reg. No. 98930 19814), your JIO Fibrecustomer. Your representative Mr.Hirdesh Sharma Mob. 79748 03641 following me from 30days to installed JIOFibre in my house. He told that if I deposit Rs. 3500/- then he will completelyinstall the system free of cost and test the range comes in all said space (20Mtrs. diameters). He also told that He will install it in my old TV by a deviceof Rs. 250/- to see the TV channels. Hirdesh is very irresponsible and he didn’tpick our phone. When technician Mr.Manish Rajpoot – 79748 08724 comes to installed, then he demand for extracharges. My younger brother refuse to give extra charge then he installed itimproperly and after 2 days he told that we have taken money from you and nowto whom to complaint (हमने आपसे पैसा ले लिया है अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता जिससे शिकायत करना हो कर दो, ये मनीष राजपूतके शब्द थे), no one is going to do nothing. After 1week, we have complaint 2times by reference no. SR000011PIV0 to Mr. Kaustubh on 18/07/2020, Ms. Pooja on21/07/2020 and SR000011QNX6 to Mr. Subodeep 22/07/2020. Ms. Pooja &Subodeep promised that a technician will visit your home today at 10-12 ‘O’Clock to solve your problem. Your one of the technician comes and he told that this is the mainproblem that our marketing teams always do the false commitment and customer abuseus. I talked two times of your manager Mr. Chaturvedi () and he toldthat I send someone but nobody comes here and now we are facing the problem andnobody is serious to solve our problem. It is very shameful that JIO company recruit such type of ढोर-गंवार employee who down thereputation of any company.I think I am very idiot who believe on this type of JIO Fibre employee to whom always say ढोर-गंवारों की कंपनी और उसमे काम करने वाले ढोर-गंवार.
