Dear Sir,
I have been facing frequent issues associate with delivery of orders placed in Flipkart. On 27-Jul-22 I had placed an order-OD225579831896441000 in Flipkart. The order was out for deliver on 31-Jul-22 but it had not delivered. Upon query Flipkart executive told me that the order could not be delivered due to damage of some items of the order and flipkart took 5 days to cancel my order refund the order amount of Rs.1518.00.
Then I have placed a fresh order- OD225639133119355000 of Rs.878.00 on 03-Aug-22. Which was out for delivery at today(06-Aug-22)morning but not delivered this time too.
Same issue has been occurring frequently and I am not getting any satisfactory resolution even after calling Flipkart helpline number in multiple times. Kindly look into the matter.
