Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am Amit Kailash Sapkal, Mob. No. +919423456169 existing customer of Royal Enfield, I purchased my Royal Thunderbird X Motorcycle from Cherry corporation, Aurangabad in September 2018, vehicle no. MH20FC3113, Chassis no. ME3U3S5C1JH371450, Engine no. U3S5C1JH833585.

It is my pleasure to have The iconic Royal Enfield motorcycle but at the same time I feel down by the pathetic feedback/response/service from such an international brand.

1. The very first problem came Within 3 months of purchasing the motorcycle, I realized that the bike is unbalanced and pulling towards one side, I visited Cherry Corporation, Aurangabad which is an authorized service center for Royal Enfield several times but their service engineers couldn’t solve the issue 100%.
2. I visited several times till November end of 2019 because some knocking sound came from the front suspension during that period we had to go through the reassembly of the suspension system TWICE because once service engineer FORGOT to put one ball in the handle bearing. Lastly, after 2 months in January 2020 When we changed the fork oil, seal kit the problem solved by 90% at the kilometer of 10500.
3. At 13500-kilometer distance Again I realized the same knocking sound when you ride on path holes so I visited the service center but instead of solving the problems, the service engineer argued that this is a normal sound and nothing they can solve. June 2020 At a 14600-kilometer distance the sound was quite bigger than I could hear easily, which is from suspension.
4. Monday 5-10-2020, I went to Cherry corporation service center, literally nobody was listening about my problem or my previous service history, because on 30-09-2020 my 1-year warranty is over. I asked the advisor, manager Mr. chitty sir, and the owner Mr. Manish sir for checking the servicing history of last year but everyone is saying that this is a new problem and this kind of sound is normal but it was not!
After long debating somehow I managed to convince them to do servicing of my motorcycle when they worked on the suspension system I found scratches on the shaft which is absolutely not satisfactory.
Then as per Technician said Mr. Chitty sir advice me to change both fork tube ( shaft ), Oil and Oil seal kit I told them that I can not bear this much cost for repeated problems, again after long debating I pleased them to do assembly where I spent my 4 days only to assemble suspension system still I cooperated with them.
(Thursday nobody did nothing, Friday I called the advisor, he told me that bike parts will assemble within 2 hours then you can go for a test ride I will call you later, after 2 hours I call back to know the status then he said bike test ride is ok but you check and verify first.) I was so shocked at the bad response from them, when I took the test ride it was a hilarious experience, bike suspension is very hard to operate and max 50mm rest down, knocking sound is not yet proper, Mr. Chittey advised me to change the Fork slider (outer body lower). I request to Manager to give me service history he refused to give me.
5. Today Saturday 10th October 2020,  I came here to pay the money for scheduled servicing and refused to pay for suspension work then the manager argued with saying we have to check it again, another technician saying there is no problem in the suspension unit we will reduce the oil level then suspension may work smoothly like new.

I request you to find out the proper solution for my problems, Until now I spent a lot of money on servicing the same problems by different unskilled engineers, no one can figure out what is the main problem, this is so frustrating that every-time new excuses, manufacturing defect or Main shaft (fork tube) defect or the outer shaft defect (outer body lower).
