Hello sir,
I went to airtel office in  kurukshetra  for buying a dongle and they suggest me to to port your numbers in airtel and take family pack as you will avail more benefits.
so I purchased that device and ported my 2 family member number in Airtel but now this device and both the numbers having network issues. Call is disconnecting automatically and  voice breaking issues and internet is the worst part. I’m working online but unable to take classes due to bad internet networks.
I went to Airtel main office also in karnal but my problem is still not sloved. I requested them to please port my number in jio again i Will pay the one month bill but they deny and told me that I have to pay for 4 months otherwise you lost your numbers.
Please I would like to request you to please help me out as I don’t want to use your family plan at all Please port my number again in Jio. And I need my money back which I paid for dongle (2350 rupees).
