Dear Sir,
I am Bibek Panda my consumer no is 615122080637 which is in the name of Jogendra Panda, I have a complain against my electricity bill for the month Mar 2023 TPNODL.I have cleared all my bill in every month which bill was received by me but this mnt Rs.3724.18 added in by bill wrongly, when i have contacted to customer care they told me your meter was not working so bill aries. But only 2 month my meter not worked then I have complained to this office in Dec 2022 for meter not working then new meter installed in jan 2023. Then in mar month bill extra charges reflectin in my bill without my concern. If meter not working then how meter rent reflecting in my bill.
