I am Prabhu Sharma from KMC, University of Delhi, I have purchased Mivi Collar Classic on 24-06-2021, now this product is not working properly, as its mic stop working many times and its one earphone is not working. My invoice id is #R454258816, and the product is under warranty, please sort out this issue as soon as possible. I also registered the complaint previously but have not been any response yet from your side. resolve it asap otherwise, I would have to take some serious steps.
