Sir, i ported my sim from jio to airtel for the best internate service but it is not so in my area .many other customers are also suffered like me .i made a complaint some days before but without result.your tower man does not start generator and the frequency of signal goes down .he sells desiel n saves money bywhich customers suffer a lot.I request you to look into the matter n take very serious steps to relieve us .hope u will solve our problem very soon sothat we can get proper signal frequency to play any vedio properly without buffering that happens generally in a day . I also contacted and orally complained in airtel office but it proved all in vain .
