Text of Complaint by harsh srivastava:

I have registered for Airtel broadband connection on 2nd of Oct and the advance payment was done on the same date.I was told that service will get started within 24-48 hours.It has been four days that I haven’t received atleast a satisfactory response from the Airtel Team.

Everyday they are giving assurances that by evening the service will get started and nothing more than that. I am just Fed-Up of the pathetic service and all my internet related work is suffering.

I have never thought that Airtel gives such a C Grade service knowing which I would  not have applied in the first place.
