good day

My name is Mr.Mahesh Vartak .I am a retired employee. Even though me and my wife are living on my pension i have been paying electricity bills regularly.Today to my surprise i received sms from adani electricity that your bill for June is 5960.I was shocked to see such a huge amount .I called up their customer care services.One of the executive told me that due to covid our technician could not visit your building to record the meter reading for last three months.So we were generating bills as per the average calculation. This month you are getting a bill adding the difference which were pending in your earlier bills.That is why the amount comes to be 5960.I am helpless and worried.Half of my pension will go away paying this amount.
