I was trying to port my no but always getting the response as “UPC can not be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your Service Provider”.
And when I call the customer care they are saying the same thing that there was a problem and it is resolved now Please try after 3 hr or 4 hr Bit when I try the same got the same response.
I don’t want to continue with Idea but due to customer support, I have to pay for an extra month as bill was generated.
Why should I pay extra? this is not my fault and as well idea is not providing a good network but due to port request problem, I have to suffer a ton with network.
They are providing data but not able to use as poor service, all calls are free but due to network, I am not able to talk for my work or friend or family member, due to poor network not got the OTP for bank transaction and got some charges.
