I purchased iball nano headset in August with 1year warranty but this product not working with in 2month when I had visited iball service centre Patparganj Delhi.then they refused to give service because of unauthorised seller purchases from Paytm.when i talked to customercare serviceman they also not taking responsibility for this product they said go and talk to iball service centre and took letter for refusal but iball service centre denied to give refusal letter they had simply said to check our site where authorised seller seen beyond of these we are not giving service to others unauthorised seller.i already said this problem to Paytm but inspite of this they are not resolve my issue.so i want to complain against Paytm
