As the subject cited above, i am writing this mail as to file complaint against vi that i want to convert my postpaid number to prepaid number, i have two postpaid vi sim, i have applied on november 2021, i visited the vi store near nakodar chowk, v mart jalandhar, and that shopkeeper rakesh took Rs.1800 from me for conversion process, but till now my both sims are not being converted to prepaid and the shopkeeper is also not receiving my calls, i have contaced senior manager Jagjit Singh of Vi at that store but he also not responded to my query. So i want you to solve my issue as soon as possible otherwisr i have to deactivate my both sims and file a complaint against your cpmany at consumer court, i have never been haraased like that in my life.
