Hello,
I have took loan of 25000 while I was doing job after a month I had to leave the job and search for another job. I requested nira to allow me a month. I also informed that I will pay with the charges as I do not have any amount with me right now. After 3days of emi date they started calling me I spoke with them and informed that I need time. Agent on call told me that we gave you enough time do the payment do it right now. Before calling me she called all my contacts and harassed them that if I don’t pay my emi they has pay the amount. In the same call I asked her that why did she try calling all my contacts she told me that Never they called my contact numbers I asked her to check the data of previous call because I has call recording of the calls made she made. She said no, still i told to check again then she started using abusive language on me and my friends. I told her not talk so. She said you won’t understand now I will call all your friends and abuse them with bad language and she did as said. I called her and spoke with her why are you doing all this I have informed you I need time. I don’t even have money to pay my room rent. After speaking all abusive words her manager got on line as I wanted to speak and he started saying sorry for the inconveniences and I told him that you have contacted all my contacts and you have done enough damage to me. I told him that just by giving loan did not give you the right to call my friends and abuse them. Now there is nothing left you called my family friends and office people I don’t think this is personal loan anymore. And told him to file a case let’s meet in the court. The agent mighty have harassed you to get incentives by making you do the payment. I asked by giving bad words and abusing you want to get incentives? This is what you trai them on? He said that no more calls to your friends and family from now I will only call. Still the same harassment calls keep coming. The level of damage they did to me at the worth of my personal life. Now I can’t even get home back as they called my family. I can’t even talk or call my family as they don’t want talk with me now. They also threatened me that they will contact and send a letter to my work place. Now also they make calls continuously to my frienda and office colleagues. They make call very continuously that you can’t even attend other calls. Hope this kind of harassment is controlled by justice and law.
