Text of Complaint by Rohit Singh:

Hi Team,

I have been using Icredit loan app more than 3 months now and have been making regular payment more than 95% of times.

Due to some financial crises i have missed payment due date of 18th Dec’20. When im getting calls for the collections they are treating me like regular defaulter and threating me of blocking my PAN CARD and Aadhar Card. Infact on date of due date such threats are given.

Also threat of circulating my details to my all of the contacts why this should happen when someone is regular payer and customer of yours.

This creates lot of frustration and depression into customers mind which may lead customer taking severe steps such as going legal or committing s@uicide.

So please take necessary steps or else we have to involve media team to get it resolved.
